THIS WEEK:
Friends on friends!
WHERE ARE THEY NOW? It’s beginning to look a lot like Coffee Lovers’ Christmas
BEHIND THE PAY WALL: Trying to make new friends

I saw a show last night about two nice guys who seemed like they could really be friends despite their differences. Perhaps you saw the same show! In the spirit of friendship, this week, let’s make friends!
What can a friend say about friend, anyway?
Some things may be nice; some things may be hard to hear.
But friends are always honest with each other — because friends care about the truth.
Friends take turns! Friends wait patiently and attentively for their next turn.
When friends ask each other questions, friends listen carefully. Sometimes they even write down the answer so they can remember it later!
Wherever they go, agree or disagree, a friend is a friend forever.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this week’s character examinations and background history on a couple of friends. If you’re new here, you might have learned a few things about these kewl friends. You may also not yet be aware that we (Frega + DiPerri) have a seasonal greeting card line….
and ‘Tis the season.
For this, our sixth season of sharing our Coffee Lovers’ Christmas series with the public through greeting cards, giclee prints, gifts, and keepsakes, we’re adding two new designs. These two additions (our 19th and 20th images in series) will complete our second collection of 10, “The Second Crack.” The new designs aren’t yet available (or visible. Or done.) but you can check out the four images we added last year (pictured below) and the other 14 images here.
Not quite ready for Christmas? I get it. It’s only October 1st. But I’ve been listening to Christmas music since August because for the last few years, we’ve made the new illustrations between the months of July and October so the music sets the mood and puts me in that mindset. If you’re ready for Christmas music, you can join us on Spotify.
