Bring your friends!
Originally, we thought we might go with a thin, sketchy ink line to further demonstrate the energy and unpredictability of the characters and their antics.
It looked awful. So the first three strips DiPerri inked had to be re-inked and edited into cleaner copies. Here are the original ink sketched strips with their more polished re-inks.
Well… except for the giant ink smudges across this one…
Another year of friendship; dumb fun; ill-fated dates; misguided socializing; and bad days begins next Wednesday!
Teasing some news behind the pay wall. What’s it about? here’s a clue…
Context: DiPerri wrote this play in 2011. He directed the first production. Days after auditions, casting, and the table reading, he and Frega met. It was published a month before they were married and has since been performed several times around the US and Canada.
February 16th marked 13 years since Miss Wallace Rhymes with William debuted.
